A genuine hood for the Summar 50mm f2. Leitz product code SOOMP. A36 slip-on type with a 36mm fitting. The retaining screw is finished in chrome.
With its classical shape, it offers excellent shading performance.

There is a small dent on the logo-side edge of the hood, along with light scuffing and minor marks. Fit on the lens has been confirmed.
A practical, well-used condition that is just right for everyday use.
