Although it uses zone focusing, it becomes very intuitive once you get used to it. This particular example features a strikingly beautiful bubble pattern on the front of the top cover—a truly cool-looking piece. The previous owner was also a user of black paint M-Leicas with similar bubbling. A perfect companion as a sub camera alongside your black paint Leica in the bag.

There are small dings on the upper right of the back of the top cover and on the left side of the bottom plate. The overall appearance shows signs of use, but the aged paint and exposed brass give it an irresistible vintage charm. A Rollei 35 that has matured in this way is not often seen.
All mechanical operations, including film advance and shutter, work smoothly. The viewfinder is clear with a bright and pleasant view.
The lens glass is very clean, free from wiping marks or haze. The light meter provides accuracy sufficient for practical use.
Comes with the original lens cap, strap, and case.
