Elmarit-R 19mm f2.8. 3-cam. Serial number in the 3.24 million range, manufactured in 1982 by Leitz Canada. A super wide-angle lens adopting a retrofocus design with 7 elements in 9 groups. Leitz product code is 11225.
Despite being an ultra wide-angle, it achieves a bright maximum aperture of f2.8, making it suitable even in relatively low light conditions. Compared with lenses such as the Super-Angulon, vignetting in the corners is more moderate. A lens to be enjoyed as well on modern digital mirrorless cameras via adapter.

There are very slight paint losses on the helicoid ring and the front end of the barrel, and a small scratch on the rear lens guard, but overall it has a clean appearance.
The aperture and helicoid operate smoothly. The glass shows minimal coating deterioration and only tiny dust particles visible under strong LED light, with no noticeable impact on actual images (optional paid servicing is available upon request).
It comes with a well-used 12529 hood and front and rear caps.
