Leitz L/M adapter. Leitz product code ISOOZ, later 14099.

An adapter for mounting genuine Leitz L-mount lenses on M-mount camera bodies. The high precision expected of a genuine Leitz product remains fully evident today.

For 35mm and 135mm lenses. This is an early L/M adapter without the cutout, so please note that it cannot be used with lenses equipped with an infinity lock, such as the Elmar 35mm and Summaron 35mm.

There are light signs of use, along with an extremely minor dent on the outer edge near the Leitz engraving, but this has no effect on focus or rangefinder coupling.

Focus has been checked with our demo camera. Ready for practical use.
