A lens hood for Hasselblad cameras, planned and manufactured by Okadaya, the Camera & Watch Bar in Yurakucho. Made in Japan. Compatible with a variety of lenses, including the Planar C 80mm f2.8 as well as 100mm and 150mm lenses.
While faithfully recreating the early Hasselblad metal hood, characterized by its chirimen-style textured finish made from aluminum with coconut shell, the overall length has been made slightly longer to improve shading performance (with no vignetting, of course).
The leaf spring mechanism is also superbly reproduced, and the fit of the hood actually surpasses that of the original. The interior coating is finished with great care, reflecting an exceptionally meticulous level of craftsmanship down to the finest details.

There is one slight deformation on a corner at the front edge of the hood, along with minor paint loss, but overall it remains in reasonably clean condition.
There are also slight scuffs to the paint on the inside of the hood, however the black finish is still well preserved, so there is no concern about internal reflections.
We also sell this hood brand new, but this one offers excellent value for practical use.
