Our original lens hood designed specifically for the Hektor 50mm f/2.5. This item is a well-preserved, clean used piece.
Equipped with an aperture control feature.
The locking screw is made of blackened brass.
Based on the design of our FB-07 hood for the Elmar 50mm, this version was newly developed for the Hektor.
Though visually similar, the aperture tabs on Hektor 50mm lenses vary depending on production era—so we created multiple prototypes and gathered various lenses to carefully test and fine-tune the design.
From design to prototyping to full production, everything was carried out domestically in Japan—a truly Made in Japan product.
The replaceable locking screw features our shop’s original logo.

Our Hektor 50mm lens hood has been extremely well received—both the first and second production runs sold out quickly.

It shows just one very faint, small scuff mark, but overall remains in near-new condition.
The black finish on the locking screw is also fully intact.
