A genuine Leitz film template (film trimmer). This is the later version in nickel finish.

A handy accessory used to cut film for Barnack Leica cameras. Leitz code ABLON, later changed to 14126. Manufactured from 1931 to 1964.

A beautifully crafted accessory that embodies the very essence of Leica—one can't help but admire it when held in hand. The opening and closing mechanism is smooth and precise, reflecting Leitz's exceptional craftsmanship.

The exterior shows significant signs of use. There are many scuffs and shine from handling, and the nickel plating has tarnished into a rather dull tone, but this does not affect functionality.
