Genuine Leitz film cutting guide, ABLON, later designated as 14126.

Manufactured between 1931 and 1964, this is the final version featuring squared edges similar to the early type. Finished in beautiful satin chrome.

Loading film into a Barnack Leica can be tricky for beginners, but cutting the film using this guide makes the process much smoother.

This accessory reflects Leitz’s attention to detail—even in small tools. Its construction is a perfect example of Leitz’s uncompromising craftsmanship, with a pleasingly precise feel when opening and closing.

There are a few very faint scuffs, but overall it is in excellent condition.
