The classic Leica lens hood, IROOA, commonly known as Irooa. The later product code is 12571J. This is the double hook version.
There are various variations of the IROOA, but this one is the type engraved with six compatible lenses.
It fits lenses with an E39 (39mm screw-in) filter thread. Compatible lenses include the Summicron 35mm f2 8-element, Summaron 35mm f2.8 and f3.5, Summicron 50mm f2, and Elmar 50mm f2.8 and f3.5.
The IROOA hood features a robust construction with a simple and stylish design. With compatibility across many lenses, it is a must-have classic hood for Leica users.
