Leica hood for wide-angle lenses, model 12504, with LEICA engraving.

Designed for the Summilux 35mm f1.4 and Summicron 35mm f2. The lettering is in the later digital-style font.

Its two-piece screw-apart construction allows a Series 7 filter to be inserted between the sections. Made of aluminum and exceptionally lightweight at just 16g on our scale.

No signs of use. It is in like-new condition and would also make an excellent addition to a collection.

We carefully and very gently test-fitted it to a Summilux 35mm f1.4 2nd, taking the utmost care not to leave any marks, haha.
