Canon FD 85mm f/1.2 S.S.C. Aspherical
Released in January 1976, this ultra-fast telephoto lens was, at the time, the world’s brightest 85mm lens for SLR cameras.
It features a 6-group, 8-element optical design and was the first 85mm lens to incorporate a floating element system, which helps maintain image quality at close focusing distances.
Canon’s proprietary Super Spectrum Coating (S.S.C.) was applied to ensure optimal color balance and reduce flare.
The lens shows very little sign of use and is in excellent cosmetic condition. While the included filter shows some wear, the lens body itself has no noticeable scratches, scuffs, or marks — making it a great candidate for collectors.
All functions operate properly. Just like the beautiful exterior, the glass is clean and clear, with no visible cleaning marks or haze.
Includes the matching serial-numbered original box (case not included), genuine SL filter, and rear cap.
