In this feature, we are introducing 13 FISON hoods at once, and this is the 11th version. 11/13
With retaining screw, all-brass construction, shiny chrome finish, single-line engraving.
A lens hood for the Elmar 50mm f3.5. Leitz code name: FISON.
This example is finished in shiny chrome, and is one of the most commonly seen types of FISON.
Its shape is the same as the black-paint version with a chrome screw; both the front edge of the hood and the rib have a rounded profile.
The hood section is engraved Elmar 5cm, while the base of the hood is engraved E.Leitz Wetzlar Germany.
Weight: approx. 16.8g.

There are small marks on the front edge, along with very light overall rubbing. There is also one small ding on the front edge of the hood.
We tested the fit with Elmars currently in our stock. It can be mounted on the early Elmar, later Elmar, postwar Elmar, and Red Elmar.
