Super-Vario-Elmar TL 11-23mm f3.5-f4.5 Product code: 11082. A lens designed for APS-C cameras like the Leica CL and TL2, offering a 17-35mm equivalent focal length in full-frame terms. It uses the current Leica L-mount and can also be used on the Leica SL series in APS-C mode.
The lens consists of 11 groups and 14 elements, with 2 aspherical elements (4 surfaces). The minimum focusing distance is 20cm, allowing for impressive close-ups. The filter thread size is E67, and it weighs just 359g, making it quite lightweight for a zoom lens. This wide-angle zoom is also excellent for video shooting due to its versatile focal range.
The lens has an overall clean appearance. There are slight signs of wear with a very minor loss of black chrome around the zoom ring and base, but there is no noticeable shine.
All functions are working properly. The AF operation and real-world test results were also excellent. The glass is clean, with no visible issues that would affect image quality.
The lens comes with the original box, 12427 hood, 13386 E67 UVa filter, front and rear lens caps, user manual, and pouch.
