Rollei 35S. Made in Singapore with a chrome finish. This is a high-end model equipped with a fast f/2.8 Sonnar lens featuring Rollei’s proprietary HFT (High-Fidelity Transfer) coating. Distance scale is in feet.

The 40mm Sonnar offers excellent rendering and a well-balanced angle of view. Compact enough to fit in the palm of your hand, it’s a joy to carry around and shoot with. Focusing is done by zone focusing, but the relatively deep depth of field makes it easy to capture sharp images. The camera also features a convenient match-needle exposure meter, which provides reliable accuracy for practical use.

For a Rollei 35 series camera, which is known for being prone to dents, this one has a remarkably clean body. There are only very minor scuffs, and none of the typical dings are present.

In April 2025, the shutter was adjusted, and both the viewfinder and lens were cleaned by a professional technician. The bright frame in the viewfinder has slightly faded, but all functions operate smoothly. The light meter is also working properly.

Comes with an original wrist strap and a skylight filter—a ready-to-shoot set. Given the clean condition of the body, it's best carried in a leather case or pouch for protection.
