The minimum focusing distance is 6 meters.
The lens boasts a sleek black chrome finish, exuding the precision craftsmanship characteristic of Leitz during its golden era.
With its M39 screw mount, it can be directly attached to the Visoflex I. For the Visoflex II and III, it connects via the OUBIO/16466 adapter. This unit comes with the OUBIO adapter included, and with a commercially available Visoflex-to-Leica M adapter, it can be used for shooting with digital Leica M cameras in live view mode.
The barrel is in excellent condition, free of dings, dents, or chrome loss.
All mechanical operations are smooth and functional. The glass shows extremely faint haze near the edges under strong LED light inspection, but the center remains clear and unobstructed.
While this lens is challenging to use for capturing moving subjects, it excels in situations where the focus point can be roughly fixed. True to Leitz’s reputation for outstanding telephoto lenses, it delivers excellent image quality.
