Hasselblad 500C/M, Excellent Condition Set.
This medium format camera, made in Sweden, comes with a Planar C lens, showcasing its robust and simple design excellence.
Introduced in 1970, the 500C/M remained a bestseller until 1989. It was an upgraded version of the previous 500C model, featuring modifications such as interchangeable screens. This particular set includes the original purchase certificate from June 1973, when it was purchased as a new set from a reputable camera store in Osaka, Japan.
The body and A12 magazine are from 1973, matching the era of the camera, while the Planar 80mm lens dates back to 1972. It's a rare and prestigious Hasselblad 500C/M set that has been well cared for over the years.
Included are three focusing screens: Standard, Split-Image, and Acute Matte/Grid & Split-Image, allowing you to choose according to your preference.
Accessories include a genuine plastic lens hood, a filter adapter for 58mm screw-in filters, and an ARCA SWISS quick plate, ideal for tripod use.
Both in condition and functionality, this chrome Hasselblad 500C/M set leaves nothing to be desired.
Body, Magazine, and Lens in Impeccable Condition.
All components exhibit a very clean appearance, with minimal signs of use even at the joints between the body and magazine. The indicators on the Planar lens and the tripod mount are also pristine.
In 2022, the previous owner had the body, lens, and magazine meticulously serviced by a certified Hasselblad technician, ensuring excellent operational performance. The previous owner enjoyed using it until recently, so you can confidently continue to use it.
Under strong LED lighting, there are extremely minor signs of coating wear on the rear element of the Planar 80mm lens, but no noticeable scratches or haze, maintaining clear and crisp optics.
This is a rare opportunity due to its condition! Perfect for collectors.
