Leitz geninue A36 lens cap. This item is made of brass with a shiny chrome-plated finish. Does not have velvet lining on the inside of the cap. It is especially useful when small diameter filters are attached to the 36mm Elmar 50mm f3.5 or the Hektor 50mm f2.5 lenses.
This cap is quite hard to come by.

It is an extremely clean cap with hardly any signs of wear or scratches. Of course, there is no distortion either. The cap has been confirmed to fit the A36 Elmar and Hektor lenses.
