※About rarity

Made by Royer in France, this is a 1950s 6x9 format (120 film) Teleroi camera featuring an intricate mechanism with a built-in coupled rangefinder. This particular model includes a self-timer on the top cover.
The lens is a Flor 105mm f3.5 by SOM Berthiot, characterized by its beautiful pale blue coating typical of Berthiot lenses. The rangefinder window is small and takes some getting used to for focusing, but the aluminum body makes it lightweight. The coupled rangefinder allows for enjoyable use of the Berthiot lens, making it a rather attractive camera.

The camera shows minimal signs of use and has a very clean appearance. There are no dents, significant scratches, or other noticeable damage. The lens has some fine dust inside and minor coating wear, but both the body and the lens are in very good condition for a French camera.
It was adjusted in 2019 and is currently functioning smoothly. There is a slight haze in the finder, but it does not affect practical use.
The Teleroi often has fragile bellows that can become loose, but this particular item shows little wear and is in good condition. However, when extending or retracting the lens board, gently support the top of the rangefinder with your hand to ensure it moves parallel to the body.
It appears to have been cherished in the past, as evidenced by the worn French manual.
