Camera & Watch Bar in Yurakucho, Okadaya, has planned and manufactured this lens hood for Hasselblad cameras. Made in Japan.
This hood can be fitted to various lenses, including the Planar C 80mm f2.8 and others like the 100mm and 150mm. It faithfully reproduces the early Hasselblad metal hoods with the characteristic palm-patterned crêpe finish on aluminum, while enhancing the hood’s performance by making it slightly longer (without causing vignetting). The spring steel is also meticulously reproduced, and the fit of the hood surpasses that of the original. The inner coating is finished with great care, showcasing detailed craftsmanship.
The included Shu0010 lens cap can be used with Hasselblad’s original metal hoods (it does not fit plastic hoods due to diameter differences). This cap is also meticulously crafted from machined ABS resin.
Although a used item, it is in like-new condition with no signs of use. The price includes tax and domestic shipping.
