This is a Seiki-Kogaku Tokyo (currently Canon) camera, the Canon SII model. Manufactured between October 1946 and June 1949. It bears the inscription SEIKI-KOGAKU TOKYO.Additionally, in September 1947, the company changed its name to Canon Camera Co., Ltd., so there are also SII models with the engraving CANON CAMERA COMPANY LTD. Approximately 7,500 units were produced in total. The lens is the Serenar 5cm f3.5, released in 1946 for the post-war version of SII model. Tessar-type with 4 elements in 3 groups. Feet scale. Signs of wear, plating loss, and deterioration of the plating are visible on the top cover's rear portion, corners, and bottom plate due to usage. However, there are no major impacts. All the functions are in good working condition . The lens has slight deterialation and very slight cleaning marks on the inner element, yet sill in clean as this lens.
