Leitz 12585 lens hood. This genuine hood was supplied during the era of the 2nd generation Summicron 50mm and 35mm, serving as the successor to the ITDOO and IROOA hoods.
It is a standard hood compatible with many E39 diameter lenses, including the Summicron 35mm f2 and 50mm f2, as well as the Summaron and Elmar.
This example is an early type without the 35/2 engraving.

Near-unused condition with no signs of wear. There are no scuffs, paint loss, or marks on the mount area, and it is in excellent cosmetic condition.
Fitting to an E39 lens was carried out with the utmost care.
The included original box has some writing on it.
