Nikon F2 Photomic AS. Chrome. This model features the DP-12 Photomic AS finder on the Nikon F2, the successor to the renowned Nikon F.
This item has been owned by a collector for many years and shows no signs of use, maintaining a beautiful, like-new appearance. Unfortunately, there are some minor separation in the finder and two spots of plating corrosion. It comes with the original matching-numbered box, an unopened cleaning cloth, silica gel, included batteries (non-functional), a Japanese instruction manual, a price card (126,000 yen), a body cap, and a bottom cover.
The exterior is like new with no signs of use. The lens mount is also clean.
All functions, including the light meter in the Photomic finder, work perfectly. In June 2024, the finder was cleaned and the light seals were replaced by a professional service. As previously mentioned, there is minor separation visible in the finder when viewed from the eyepiece side towards the bottom, and two spots of plating corrosion.
Aside from these, it is in near-perfect condition. The included original box shows signs of deterioration and wear.
