Witness is Leica Copy camera produced by Peto Scott, UK. Distributed by ILFORD. Manufactured around 1952. Less than 350pcs produced. Rare item. Very cool design. Standard lens is Super-Six 2inch f1.9 Double gauss type. 6 elements in 4 groups. Slight signs of use and faint dents on top cover. Yet good conditioned Witness. Body and lens serviced in 2022. Excellent working condition. Faint cleaning marks on front element. Deterioration of coating on inner element. Good conditioned elements as Super-Six. Pale blue coating remains on each element. Coupling with Leica M10's rangefinder. Comes with case, manual, front cap, and spool. Very used manual.
