Released in 1961. The first commercially produced camera which was specificaly designed for under water use without any external housing. Manufactured by Atoms in France. Distributed by Spirotechnique. 50m water poof, according to the information at that time. Nikon bought the design and the camera evolved into Nikonos cameras. Early type with 1/1000 shutter. Interchangeable type. With Berthiot Flor 35mm f3.5, 4 elements in 3 groups. Very cool design. Faint signs of use found yet still in beautiful condition. It does not seem to have been used under water. Lens cleaned and camera checked in July 2022. Good working condition. Comes with strap, cap, documents, and box(ripped in two).
