Witness is Leica Copy camera produced by Peto Scott, UK. Distributed by ILFORD. Manufactured around 1952. Less than 350pcs produced. Rare item. Very cool design. Standard lens is Super-Six 2inch f1.9 Double gauss type. 6 elements in 4 groups. Faint dents on top cover close to shutter release. Paint on Super Six peeled as usual. Used condition. Serviced in July 2022. Shutter curtain and half mirror replaced. Lens serviced as well. Excellent working condition. Clear veiw from rangefinder. Lens' barrel has faint chattering yet no effect on use. Clear elements without haze. A few cleaning marks on front element. Faint deterioration of glass. Coating remains on each element.
