12538. Genuine lens hood for the Summicron 50mm f2. It can also be fitted to a 35mm lens. Made of plastic and manufactured in Canada. This model succeeded the metal hood 12585. As hoods became integrated into the lens design after 1994, this is also the last standalone hood made for the Summicron. It lacks the intricate craftsmanship of models like ITDOO or IROOA, but its lightweight nature is appealing. *Shipping to Japan only. For overseas customer, please contact us order. This hood has been carefully preserved by a collector for many years. It's unfortunate that there is a very faint scuff at the base of the hood, but otherwise, it is in very beautiful condition with no signs of use. Fit on the lens has been confirmed.
