Ernostar 50mm f2 (M改)
Lens for Cinema manufactured by Erneman around mid 1920s ~ early 1930s. Ernostar designed around 1923. 4 elements in 4 groups. Modified to Leica M mount. Coupling rangefinder. 50mm is rare. Dark corner found in test shots. *Sales on consignment
Modified to Leica M mount with Amedeo adapter made in Venezuela. Coupling with rangefinder from 0.7m distance to infinity. No indication of aperture value. Aperture blades rusted slightly yet good working. Glass is very clean without haze or marks.
