Konishiroku(Konica). Leica screw mount. Proto type. Serial number starts from LB letter. LB stands for Laboratory. 5 elements in 3 groups. Different from Hexar 50mm f3.5 with 3 element in 4 groups. Very Rare.
Came back from our customer after careful use. In good condition with faint used marks. No dents. Good working condition. Shallow 2 linear cleaning marks in front element. Faint dusts in inner element. No noticeable effect on pictures.
